1. Who we are

Mysterybox (“we”, “us”) is a fictional online store selling surprise gift boxes. Each box contains one authentic physical product from a curated list shown on the box page. These terms form the agreement between you and us.

2. Your account

You need an account to buy and open boxes. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

3. Boxes and contents

• Every box page lists all of its possible items and their retail values before you buy. Every item in a box has a retail value equal to or higher than the box price.
• When you open a box, one item from that list is added to your vault. The item you receive is final once revealed.
• If a box’s list of possible items changes, the box page is updated before the change applies.

4. Prices and payment

Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we never store full card numbers.

5. Trade-ins and store credit

Items in your vault can be traded in within 14 days for store credit at the rate shown at the time. Store credit cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and can be used only for boxes and shipping.

6. Shipping and gifts

Physical items ship tracked to the address you provide, including a friend’s address when you send a gift. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Report damaged items within 14 days of delivery.

7. Refunds

Unopened boxes can be refunded within 14 days. Opened boxes cannot be refunded because the item has been delivered to your vault, but you may trade it in for store credit. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
